Buffet Casserole 1 lb. ground beef 1 # 2 can whole kernal corn 1 med. onion diced 1 can tomato soup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 C. milk 2 C. cooked potatoes diced |
| Brown meat and onion, add salt and pepper. Put meat and onions in the bottom of a greased 2 qt. Casserole, then layer the corn and potatoes on top. Mix milk and soup and pour over top. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 minutes. |
