Chicken Casserole
(Mother)

6 boiled chicken breasts OR
1 whole fryer (cut in small pieces)
1 cup sour cream
2 cans chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stack Ritz (crushed) 1 stick oleo

Mix sour cream, soup, and chestnuts. Pour over chicken in casserole dish and mix. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Add melted oleo to cracker crumbs and spread on top. Bake until crackers are light brown.
