Chicken & Dumplings

Boil Chicken with onions, celery, salt and pepper until done. Remove bones. Reserve part of broth and cool.

To make dumplings, use plain flour and mix with cooled broth. Roll out small portions with self rising flour to keep from sticking. Cut in small strips and drop into boiling broth with chicken. Keep adding until all dumplings are used. Cook until done. Use a lot of black pepper in broth before adding dumplings.
