1 Lb. Ground Beef
6 raw Lasagne Noodles (1 box contains 18)
1 29 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 15 ounce container Ricotta Cheese or Cottage Cheese
4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, grated or sliced
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Basil

0. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain off the grease.

2. In a rectanglar metal pan or glass dish (13" x 9"), thinly cover them with sauce and meat.

3. Lay down 3 lasagne noodles and cover them with sauce and meat.

4. Spoon ricotta or cottage cheese on top of the sauce.
