Best Ever Pie Crust (Johnnie) 3 cups plain flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup shortening 1 egg 1 Tbsp vinegar about 1/2 cup water |
| Cut shortening into flour and salt. Mix vinegar, water and egg. Pour into flour mixture. Roll out. Can be kept in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 3 single crusts. |
