Virginia's Pound Cake (Virginia) 1 cup Crisco 2 cups sugar 6 eggs 2 cups plain flour 1 tsp vanilla OR lemon extract pinch of salt

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add 3 eggs, one at a time while mixing. Add 1 cup of the flour. Mix in. Add other 3 eggs, 1 at a time. Add rest of flour and vanilla. Bake 1 hour 300 degrees.
