Cheese Crisps (Margaret Ann) 1 cup butter, softened or melted (2 sticks) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups plain flour, sifted 2 cups rice krispies cereal 1/2 t. cayenne pepper Combine butter, cheese, flour & cereal in a bowl; knead or mix well. Season with cayenne pepper, mix well. Shape into small balls. place on cookie sheet .Press with fork.. Bake @ 350 for 11 minutes.. |
